Founder and CEO John Clarke has over 20 years experience in planning and improving operational and supply chain efficiencies in both SME and multinational companies. One key management task has always been to ensure complete visibility and control over working capital. As outsourcing has developed over the last decade the ability for OEM’s to maintain complete control on Working Capital has diminished as it has become spread over a much longer supply-chain, and indeed is being managed to a large extent by the supply-chain partners.

To tackle this particular problem, John established a team of experts in operational planning and software development and has developed a product that can modify product structures to “design for supply-chain” eliminating the problem at the very earliest opportunity.

CTO Kevin Godden has been developing best in class software solution for blue chip companies for over 20 years, most recently specalising in productivity improvement tools in planning and optimisation.
